Crimson Crush, adapted from Marie Claire (for 1 cocktail)
1/4 pink or red grapefruit, sliced into chunks
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce St. Germain
3 tablespoons pomegrantante seeds with juices
In a short cocktail glass, muddle the grapefruit and pomegranate seeds/juices. Add the vodka and St. Germain. Cover with crushed ice and stir. Sprinkle with more pomegranate seeds.
